Unit 4 - A healthy lifestyle

Hello, hello!
In this unit we are learning about even more actions we can do towards a healthy lifestyle:


Remember that the steps are:

  1. Sleeping enough
  2. Eating five times a day
  3. Using sunscreen
  4. Protecting your ears
  5. Breathing clean air
  6. Following a balanced diet
  7. Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness
  8. Keeping active and doing physical activity
  9. Having friends and loving yourself
You can also prevent illnesses and/or accidents by following healthy behaviours:
  1. Check-ups and vaccinations
  2. Prevent accidents
  3. Avoid risky substances
